2. The bearing of the hammer crusher is overheated. We can use the following solution: add a proper amount of grease; grease in the bearing should be 50% of its space volume; clean the bearing; replace the grease; replace the bearing.
3. The output granularity of the hammer crusher is too large. We can adopt the following solution: replace the hammer head; replace the sieve bar. The output is reduced, we can adopt such a solution: stop the machine, clean up the blockage in the gap of the screen; adjust the feeding mechanism.
4. The hammer crusher machine vibrates. We can adopt this solution: remove the hammer head and select the hammer head according to the weight, so that the total weight of the hammer on each hammer shaft is equal to the total weight of the hammer on the hammer shaft. The static balance meets the requirements; replace the hammer head; replace the pin shaft; repair or replace by electric welding; tighten the anchor bolts. The elastic coupling produces a knocking sound. We can use this solution: stop and tighten the pin nut; replace the elastic ring.
