1. Machine vibration
Reason: The static balance of the rotor is not up to the requirements when the hammer is replaced or the cone is worn; the hammer is broken and the rotor is out of balance; the pin is bent or broken; the triangle or disc is cracked; the anchor bolt is loose.
Solution: Remove the hammer head and select the hammer head according to the weight, so that the total weight of the hammer on each hammer shaft is equal to the total weight of the hammer on the hammer shaft, that is, the static balance meets the requirements; replace the hammer head; replace the pin shaft; electric welding Repair or replace; tighten the anchor bolts.
2. Percussion sound generated inside the machine
Cause: Non-broken objects enter the machine; the fasteners of the lining board are loose, and the hammer hits the lining board; the hammer or other parts are broken.
Solution: Stop work and clean the crushing cavity; check the tightness of the liner and the gap between the hammer and the screen; replace the broken parts.
3.The elastic coupling produces percussive sound
Reason: the pin is loose; the elastic ring is worn;
Solution: Stop working and tighten the pin nut; replace the elastic ring.
4.The bearing is overheated
Reasons: insufficient grease; too much grease; dirty and deteriorated grease; bearing damage.
Solution: add proper amount of grease; grease in the bearing should be 50% of its space volume; clean the bearing; replace the grease; replace the bearing.
5.Production reduction
Reason: The gap of the sieve bar is blocked; the feeding is uneven.
Solution: stop the machine and clean up the blockage in the gap of the screen; adjust the feeding mechanism.
6.The discharge granularity is too large
Reason: the hammer is worn too much; the screen bar is broken.
Solution: Replace the hammer head; replace the screen bar.
