To be used for the processing of thick-walled recycled metals, the static pressure needed for crushing is generated by the crusher's hydraulic system, and its ability to operate depends on the pressure generated by the equipment's hydraulic system.
Breaking crushing: The use of optional scrap crusher special-shaped cutters such as spider jaws, cutter heads, etc., interacts with the shearing blades fixed on the body, so that the linear recycling metal is torn, broken or sheared.
Blasting type crushing: This kind of crushing must be carried out in special blasting pits, mainly for large steel agglomerates, scrap steel ingots, scrap ingot molds, waste rolls, machine chassis, flywheels, scrap steel, large-scale waste castings, large-scale military equipment. Such as the explosion exploded.
Cutting crushing: The use of high temperature and high heat to local melting or oxidation of the recovered metal, and then cut it. Commonly used methods are oxygen cutting, arc welding cutting, plasma cutting, etc. In comparison, the cost of oxygen cutting is low and the application is most common.
