The waste motor recovery is profitable, and the customers value the copper contained in the motor. Compared with the recovery price of the waste electric motor, its profits are quite substantial. But for the dismantling and separation of the waste motor, the ordinary shredding equipment is difficult to realize, so in order to solve the needs of the market customers, we have vigorously developed and produced the waste metal shredding machine, which has a good shredding effect and a good realization of the separation and recovery of metal such as copper and iron.
When the scrap metal shredding machine works, the waste motor is vertically falling into the high speed rotating impeller from the upper part of the machine. Under the action of high speed centrifugal force, the material which is perted around the impeller with the other part in the umbrella form produces high speed impact and shredder. After the material is impacted each other, the material will be struck between the impeller and the shell to form the eddy current multiple impact, friction and shredder. From the lower part, the material can be discharged directly from the lower part to form a closed circuit cycle. The grain size of the finished product is controlled by the screening equipment. Finally, the recovery of copper and iron in the inner surface of the waste motor is realized.
