The waste paper pulverizer is prone to some minor faults when working, but there are many reasons, the following to analyze the causes of the fault: suspension shaft components. After disassembly, it is found that the sliding bearing of the suspension shaft dies, and there is a large quantity of oil sludge in the suspension shaft cavity. The reason is that the air outlet gap is large and the air pressure in the cavity of the suspension shaft is less than that in the grinding cavity, so that the dust enters the cavity of the suspension shaft.
A pulverizing cavity. When the mill is shut down and the grinding chamber is opened, it is found by manual disc that some rollers do not rotate while rotating, and the roller and the grinding ring break down. The grid is processed according to the technical requirements. After processing, each column pin must be inspecting nondestructive. In order to ensure uniform force of each pin, the column pin holes of the motor pair wheel and the compressor flywheel need to be reprocessed.
To ensure the assembly precision of the coupling and the concentricity requirements of the motor and compressor, a reasonable disassembly and assembly scheme is worked out. The torque wrench should be used to lock the pin evenly. After adopting the above measures, the reforming compressor runs smoothly, the coupling pin does not break again, and the hidden trouble of the equipment is completely eliminated.
