The following points should be paid attention to when using the gasoline drum crusher: Before starting, carefully check whether all the fasteners of the crusher are loose or not, and sufficient lubricating oil should be added to the curved surface of each bearing and elbow plate. No block or other impurities can be found in the crushing chamber. The crusher is not allowed to start with load. Only when idling is normal, can the material be fed evenly. The side feeding should be avoided and the elbow plate can be damaged by sudden change of crusher load or excessive unilateral load. The temperature of the bearing should not exceed 70 C. If too much material is found to clog the crusher and cause automatic shutdown, the motor should be shut down immediately. The material must be removed before starting again. Otherwise, the motor or other parts will be damaged. Stop feeding before stopping, and when the material in the crushing chamber is completely discharged, then turn off the motor.
