Due to the harsh working environment of the plastic shredder, there are often unexpected events during production and use. In the event of a sudden power outage in the plastic shredder, we must remain calm and never perform maintenance blindly.
1. If a sudden shutdown accident occurs, the power must be cut off immediately to avoid other accidents during operation.
2. look at the discharge port is blocked, the operator must strictly follow the instructions for use, do not blindly feed the shredder in order to avoid the carrying capacity of the machine. If material clogging occurs, stop the plastic shredder discharge blockage in time to ensure smooth discharge.
3.check the parts frequently: When the machine is in normal work, always check the machine parts, such as the elastic of the V-belt, the wear of the bearing and its heat, the wear of the tool, the aging of the circuit, the breakage and so on.
4. When the voltage is too low, the power should be cut off immediately: the power supply voltage of the working environment is too low, so that the host does not have enough power to break when it encounters a large volume of material. Check that the power supply is normal and adjust the voltage in the workplace so that it meets the voltage requirements for the equipment.
