The main working part of the biaxia shredder is a pair of relatively rotating rollers with helically arranged teeth. After the material enters the machine, it is chopped, broken and pulverized by the biting and shearing of the teeth made of staggered high-hardness and wear-resistant materials, and is forced to be excluded from the machine. The roller is driven by the motor through the reducer to have a large torque. When it encounters difficult materials, it will automatically reverse under the action of the PLC automatic control system, and it will be reversed several times until the material is broken and discharged.
