First: use double-axis or single-axis low-speed rotation, using the cutter head to cut, cut, tear and pull the material. Second: the long biaxial cuttings are torn and broken by the high-speed rotating impeller. The high-speed rotating main shaft is connected in series with a plurality of round steel plates, and the circular plates are rotated in conjunction with the main shaft. There are 4~6 small gears cast from manganese steel around the round plate. The pinion rotates freely on its own small shaft. The long and chaotic twin-axis scraps enter the machine from the top port, and the gears on the high-speed rotating steel plate are twisted and twisted into small pieces. The size of the mesh holes from the bottom screen can be broken according to the requirements of the twin-axis scraps. Selected by crushing the particle size.
