After working for a time, some minor faults are easy to happen on metal shredders. If some faults happened, you can follow the solutions to solve:
1. If the bearing temperature is too high, check if the transmission belt is too tight. If it is too tight, adjust the belt. It may also be blocked by the oil circuit and the lubricating oil is insufficient.
2. If the body vibrates, first check if the anchor bolts are loose or broken. If it is necessary to tighten or replace the anchor bolts in time.
3. The flywheel swings violently and the speed drops. At this time, check whether the flywheel or pulley key is loose, disengaged or broken. If there is a fault, stop immediately and replace the new one.
4. The fineness of the finished product becomes thicker because the bottom of the raft is worn too much. At this time, the fascia can be turned over or replaced.
5. If there is impact sound on the thrust plate, it should be checked whether the tension spring is broken. If the spring is to be replaced in time, if the contact surface at both ends of the thrust plate is seriously worn, the thrust plate should be replaced.
