1. You can increase the center distance by adjusting the position of the click, thus narrowing the conveyor belt and increasing the tension. Rotate and adjust the spring compression nut to adjust the conveyor belt to the correct conveyor belt tightness (the pressure in the middle is about 3 kg, the deformation is less than 5mm); after adjustment, the motor wheel and the main wheel must be on the same line, otherwise the conveyor belt will be easy to wear and produce an abnormal sound;
2. When the conveyor belt is stretched and slipped, the operator needs to apply the conveyor belt wax on the working surface of the conveyor belt to increase the coefficient of friction.
3. If the customer finds that the center distance cannot be adjusted, one needs to shorten the conveyor belt, replace the conveyor belt buckle or replace the new conveyor belt; second, the tension wheel can be used to achieve the effect. If you want to change the conveyor belt, you must replace all the conveyor belts together, only replace one conveyor belt, so the tension will be unbalanced, resulting in the pulley wear deformation
4. When adjusting or replacing the conveyor belt, do not splash the oil on the conveyor belt or the pulley.
