The second step is to screw down the screw on the outer dust-proof hole of the reducer flange, adjust the PCS clamping ring to align the side hole with the dust-proof hole, and pierce the inner hexagon to tighten. After that, remove the motor shaft key.
The third step is to connect the motor with the reducer naturally. When connecting, it is necessary to ensure the concentricity of the output shaft of the reducer and the input shaft of the motor, and the outer flanges of the two are parallel. If the concentricity is not the same, the motor shaft will be broken or the gear of the reducer will be worn out.
