1. Check the tightness of the screw in each part; Rotate the pulley by hand to see if the material is stuck in the tearing chamber; Whether the lubricating oil in each bearing position is full or not.
2. It is forbidden to put inflammable and explosive materials into operation; no station personnel are allowed before feeding port; safety helmet must be worn by staff in operation of equipment; if overloading occurs, the feeding speed should be slowed down to prevent potential safety hazards caused by overloading.
3. In the feeding process, the shredder must feed evenly. If it is too fast, it may cause blockage of the equipment, thus affecting the normal operation and use of the shredder. In the process of feeding, we should always pay attention to the large angle of view of the ammeter pointer deflection. If the current exceeds the rated current, it means that the motor is overloaded and overloaded for a long time, it will burn down the motor. When this situation occurs, the feeding gate should be reduced or closed immediately, or the feeding method can be changed to control the feeding quantity by adding a feeder.
4. Imperfect discharge pipeline will block the tuyere of uniaxial shredder if the feeding is too fast, and improper matching with the conveying equipment will cause the outlet pipeline to be blocked seamlessly after the air weakens. After finding out the faults, we should first clean up the feeding port to change the mismatched conveying equipment, adjust the feeding volume, and make the shredder return to normal operation.
5. Leave the equipment idle for two minutes before the equipment stops, so that the debris to be torn in the shredding chamber can be completely eliminated, so as to prevent problems from occurring during the second start-up. Before leaving work, check the motor temperature and bearing temperature, check the belt tightness, and when necessary, check and replace the blades.
