1、 Check whether the bearing is rusted before installation
If the bearing is rusted, it should be cleaned with diesel or kerosene first, and then it is necessary to check whether the radial clearance, inner hole size and accuracy of the bearing and the size of the eccentric shaft assembly journal meet the requirements.
2、 Heating the bearing by hot installation
Due to the large interference of the bearing journal (to the maximum extent that it can be accommodated or endured), it is difficult to install the bearing into the journal by the general press mounting method. The hot mounting method must be used to heat the bearing to a temperature of about 100 ℃, and the assembly can only be carried out after the shaft hole expands to a size larger than the journal size.
3、 Ensure that the bearing is installed accurately and in place
In order to ensure that the bearing is installed accurately in place, the oil seal, end cover and retaining ring of the bearing shall be installed in advance at the shaft head of the lifting end, and then the external bearing shall be installed, so far, the end cover and bearing shall be installed in place.
4、 Check after installation
After the bearing is assembled, wait for it to cool down completely, and then check the radial clearance of the bearing with a feeler gauge. If it is too small or there is no clearance, find out the reason in time, and if it can't be found out, dismantle and reassemble it; if the clearance is appropriate, apply grease, and then assemble other parts.
