1、 If the wear of the shaft is very small, it can be cut on the window just to repair its assembled shape. It should be ensured that the wear of the shaft is within 15%. If it exceeds 15%, it should be replaced.
2、 If the jaw crusher works under overload pressure, the working period of Babbitt alloy lining on the bearing bush is about two years. If it exceeds two years, the shaft needs to be poured again. If eccentric shaft and bearing bush and spindle are worn, and the clearance exceeds 1.5 times of the original clearance, it is necessary to add pad for replacement; if the oil groove is worn for 1.5mm, it is necessary to open and adjust the oil groove. The clearance between the upper cover of the connecting rod head and the eccentric shaft. There are following requirements for the processed bearing bush: the surface color of Babbitt alloy shall be uniform, matte and silvery white; the surface layer of Babbitt alloy shall be free of ash, crack, sand hole, shrinkage cavity and other shelling phenomena
