Therefore, the bearing of the jaw crusher is prone to failure, and the occurrence is pided into two situations: the bearing temperature is too high and the bearing hole is worn out. In the process of work, the temperature of the bearing of the jaw crusher needs to be well controlled: when the crusher is running, the temperature of the bearing should be controlled as stable as possible. In general, the temperature of the bearing should be controlled below 60 degrees. There are three reasons why the temperature of the bearing is too high when it brings bad influence to the machine:
First, the bearing bush is too tight;
Second, the lubricating state is not ideal (insufficient lubricating oil or blocked lubricating oil path);
Third, the bearings are scratched unevenly.
Solution:
First, adjust the compression of the bearing bush;
