I. Precautions for the use of lubricants: In jaw crushers, the movable jaw plate and the stationary jaw plate are the main crushing components. The movable jaw bearings in this place are often active, which requires timely lubrication measures. Otherwise, machine parts will soon be damaged by friction.
Second, the amount of lubricant matters needing attention: in some places of the jaw crusher need to add a thin oil lubricant, then you need to pay attention, the amount of lubricant should not be too much or too little. Too much will not only cause waste, but also affect the traditional effect of power because of too much, resulting in a decline in production. Of course, you can't add too little, because it will not have the effect of lubrication. The amount of normal addition should be about one-third of the capacity.
3. Note on lubricant temperature: During the use of the thin oil system of the jaw crusher, we must pay attention to the temperature of its oil return. This temperature value cannot exceed 60 degrees. The oil temperature can be controlled by adjusting the oil valve to control the oil flow or by water cooling. Only in this way can the normal production of the machine be guaranteed.
When lubricating with grease, it is often unavoidable that a local elastic fluid dynamic film appears, so it is appropriate to add a limit pressure agent in the grease. Because of its special properties, it can prevent the rolling surface from being damaged even under severe working conditions.
