The jaw crusher can be used for 6 to 10 years under normal circumstances. As for the bearings of the jaw crusher, it carries the whole model of the machine. If the structure design of the jaw crusher bearing assembly is not in place, it will be easily damage. Therefore, we made the following analysis on the design of the related structure of the jaw crusher bearing assembly.
I.Bearing Assembly Seal
When the bearings are lubricated with grease, labyrinth seals are commonly used in jaw crushers. Depending on the sealing position, the labyrinth can be radial or axial. Generally, radial seals are easier to arrange. Due to the large deflection of the eccentric shaft for large-size jaw breaking, it is easy to cause labyrinth collision and generate a large gap. In order to enhance the sealing effect of the labyrinth, a grease adding hole can be set in the labyrinth, and hard grease can be added to seal the bearing assembly.
2. Relative bearing position of bearing
In the height direction, the position of the eccentric shaft is called the suspension point of the movable jaw. In order to obtain a good trajectory of the movable jaw of the feed and discharge ports, Red Star Heavy Industries recommends low suspension or zero suspension. Because the suspension point is lower, the bearing is stressed, which forces the selection of a larger size bearing, and makes the fastening size of the movable tooth plate more difficult. Therefore, it must be comprehensive and balanced, and can not blindly pursue the motion trajectory. At present, it can be calculated by parameter optimization design. In the width direction, the width center of the rack bearing should match the thickness center of the side plate of the rack as much as possible. At this time, the additional moment of the bearing by the cantilever of the flywheel wheel will be the smallest. After determining the bearing spacing of the frame, the spacing of the jaw bearings can be determined by sealing arrangements.
3. Axial positioning of bearings
1, Moving jaw bearing. The inner side of the inner ring of the movable jaw bearing is positioned by the eccentric shaft shoulder, and the outer side is tightened and positioned by the round nut with the shaft seal cover by means of the frame bearing. The inner side of the outer ring of the movable jaw bearing is not positioned, and the outer side is positioned by the movable jaw seal cover. When this cover is tightened with a bolt, the axial clearance can be adjusted to make it close. The cover bolt should be designed more and as large as possible. The upper axial force is transmitted to the bearing through the movable jaw, which is mainly borne by the cover. Once the bolts are not enough or large, the bolts will loose here, and the movable jaw bearing cannot be positioned.
2, Frame bearing. The inner side of the inner ring of the frame bearing is positioned by the upper shaft sealing cover of the eccentric shaft. The reliable design is that the outer side of the inner ring of the movable jaw bearing and the inner ring of the frame bearing adopt the same sealing cover. , Will not heat relative rotation. The outer side of the inner ring of the frame bearing is often fixed tightly by the inclined surface when it is fixed by the withdrawal sleeve. The outer ring of the frame bearing is positioned by the bearing seat or the sealing cover at the transmission end. The non-transmission end is often relaxed and not positioned, and the eccentric shaft is allowed to thermally expand and extend during operation.
