1. 2. Overload protection: when the crushing chamber of jaw crusher enters into the non crushing object, the crushing force increases, the pressure of thrust plate of jaw crusher acting on the working cylinder is higher than the thrust provided by the hydraulic cylinder, the oil pressure in the high-pressure oil chamber of the working cylinder increases instantaneously, the throttle valve makes the action valve operate, the system (hydraulic cylinder) releases oil, limits the thrust of thrust plate and protects the machine.
3. Troubleshooting: after the non broken material enters the crushing chamber, due to the limitation of the thrust provided by the working cylinder, the piston moves to the right and retracts, correspondingly, the ore discharge opening of the jaw crusher increases, and the non broken material is discharged from the ore discharge opening due to the engagement of the jaw of the crusher and the gradual downward movement of the non broken material, thus automatically removing the non broken material in the crushing chamber.
4. Automatic recovery: when the non broken objects are removed automatically, the piston is in the retracted position. Due to the reduction of crushing force, the operating valve restores its valve core to the upper limit position without the instantaneous high pressure in the upper chamber, and no longer discharges oil to the system. At the same time, under the effect of oil pressure regulating device, the plunger type fuel injection pump pumps oil to the system with a large amount of pump oil until the piston of the working cylinder moves to the left limit Location. So far, the jaw crusher returns to normal working condition.
