In the same way, if different kinds of oil, especially the oil with different saponification effect, are mixed together, the quality of oil will generally deteriorate, and the quality of blended smooth grease is worse than that of original smooth grease.
The temperature rise of swing roller bearing of jaw crusher is related to the method of producing waste grease. Therefore, the space left in the vicinity of the bearing should not be too narrow, which should be the width of the bearing, especially in the cold season, the starting torque will not be too high. The use of automatic smoothing equipment, continuous or short intermittent supply of smooth grease to the bearing, safe and reliable operation, and is not affected by the fine condition of the protection personnel. In addition, the smooth grease input from the hole on the outer ring has the best effect.
