Installation precautions
1. Protect the shaft head from damage. For this reason, we made a 400mm thick bearing surface sleeve on the shaft head, so as to avoid the damage of the shaft head caused by the direct impact of the flywheel on the eccentric shaft.
2. The operation of the flywheel is very important when the crane is used to hit the eccentric shaft, and the centerline of the flywheel shall be kept in a straight line with the eccentric centerline as far as possible.
3. The impact position of the bearing should be selected properly, so that the bearing first disengages the moving jaw cavity. If the axis is offset, align and then continue to impact until all of them leave the moving jaw cavity.
Maintenance precautions
1. When repairing the jaw crusher, it is necessary to protect personal safety and equipment safety, firmly establish the idea of safety first, and ensure the maintenance safety.
2. Pay attention to the temperature of the bearing during operation, keep the bearing in good lubrication condition, and pay attention to whether the sound and vibration are abnormal. In case of any abnormal condition, stop the vehicle and check whether it is stuck by objects that are not easy to be broken, or whether the parts are damaged.
3. When the crusher stops, check whether the fastening bolts are firm and the wear degree of the parts easy to wear. For the tooth crusher, it should also use the parking opportunity to remove the wood sandwiched between teeth.
4. The worn parts shall be replaced or repaired in time.
5. The safety device of the crusher shall be kept in good condition and shall not be invalidated for the sake of convenience.
