Bearing relative to frame position
In the height direction, the position of the eccentric shaft is called the suspension point of the moving jaw. In order to obtain a good movement path of the feeding jaw and the discharge port, low suspension or even zero suspension is usually recommended. In the width direction, the width center of the frame bearing should be as close as possible to the center of the thickness of the side frame plates.
Axial positioning of bearings
The inner side of the inner ring of the movable jaw bearing is positioned by the eccentric shaft shoulder, and the outer side is finally positioned by the shaft sealing cover with the aid of the frame bearing and tightened by the round nut. The inner side of the outer ring of the moving jaw bearing is not located, and the outer side is located by the sealing cover of the moving jaw. When the cover is tightened with bolts, the axial clearance can be adjusted with paper gasket to make it close. The cover bolts should be designed more and be as large as possible, and the axial force on the toothed plate is transmitted to the bearing through the moving jaw, which is mainly borne by the cover. Bearing seal
When the bearing is lubricated with grease, the jaw crusher generally adopts a labyrinth seal. According to the sealing position, the labyrinth can be radial or axial. Generally, radial seals are easier to arrange. For large-size jaw crushers, due to the large deflection of the eccentric shaft, it is easy to cause maze collision, and a larger gap is used. In order to strengthen the labyrinth sealing effect, a grease adding hole can be specially provided at the labyrinth, and hard grease can be added to seal the bearing.
Frame bearing
The movable jaw bearing is installed in the bearing hole of the movable jaw, and there is no single bearing seat, but there are two kinds of frame bearing seats: split type and integral type. Because the main stress direction of the frame bearing of the jaw crusher tends to deviate about 15 ° from the vertical line direction, it is not suitable to use the upper and lower split type bearing seats horizontally, especially the large-scale bearings, otherwise, under the inclined heavy impact load, split type bearing seats can be used The inner hole of the bearing pedestal will be deformed by the lateral force, which will destroy the bearing.
