1. Do a good job of bearing lubrication

2. Do a good job of cleaning the bearings

Therefore, the bearing surface should be cleaned frequently to ensure the smoothness of the oil holes.
3. Check the operation of other components
Failure of other components inside the jaw crusher will also cause abnormal bearing temperature. For example, the position of the flywheel wheel counterweight has shifted, and the frame jumps abnormally after losing the support of the counterweight. The working load and the intensity of vibration cause the moving jaw to not operate normally and the bearing temperature is abnormal.
4. Replace or tighten the bushing
The bearing is inside the bushing. When the bushing oscillates abnormally in the bushing, the bearing will move, and the moving jaws will collide with the other parts of the jaw crusher to generate heat and cause a temperature rise. During the production process, you should always check whether the bushing is loose. In the process of replacing or tightening the bushing, pay attention to the correct removal of the bearing cover and flywheel groove components.
5. Check the bearing itself
