2. To install the eccentric shaft and the bearing on it into the moving jaw, the process is more complicated. To place the moving jaw upright, use a flywheel under it to make it a certain height away from the ground, try to make the axis of the moving jaw cavity perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and then burn firewood under it to let the flame pass through the cavity The cavity is heated for about 1.5 hours, then the eccentric shaft is lifted and falls vertically into the cavity.
3. In order to ensure the accurate installation of the bearing, the oil seal, end cover and retaining ring of the bearing are installed in advance at the shaft end of the lifting end, and then the external bearing is installed, so that the end cover and the bearing are installed in place.
4. After installing the eccentric shaft, keep the jaw stationary, and then install another flywheel.
