1. Rack
PE jaw crusher frame is a four wall rigid frame with upper and lower openings. It is used to support the eccentric shaft and bear the reaction force of crushed materials. It requires sufficient strength and rigidity. Generally, cast steel is used as an integral casting, and high-quality cast iron can also be used to replace cast steel for small-sized machine. The frame of large-scale machine needs to be cast in sections, and then firmly linked into a whole by bolts, so the casting process is complex. 2. Jaw plate and side guard
The fixed jaw and movable jaw of PE jaw crusher are composed of jaw bed and jaw plate. The jaw plate is not pided into work and is fixed on the jaw bed with bolts and wedge iron. The jaw bed of the fixed jaw is the front wall of the frame. The movable jaw bed is suspended on the periphery and should have enough strength and rigidity to bear the crushing reaction force, so it is mostly cast steel or cast iron.
3. Transmission parts
The eccentric shaft of PE jaw crusher is the main shaft of crusher. It is made of high carbon steel because of huge bending torque. One end of the eccentric shaft is equipped with a pulley and the other end is equipped with a flywheel.
4. Regulating device
The adjusting device of PE jaw crusher includes wedge type, backing plate type and hydraulic type. Generally, wedge type is adopted, which is composed of front and rear wedges. The front wedge can move back and forth to support the backward pushing plate; the rear wedge is an adjusting wedge, which can move up and down, and the inclined plane of the two wedges is connected in reverse direction. The size of the outlet is adjusted by the screw rod to move the rear wedge up and down. The adjustment of discharge port of small jaw crusher is realized by increasing or decreasing the number of gaskets between thrust plate support and frame.
5. Flywheel
The flywheel of PE jaw crusher is used to store the energy of moving jaw during empty stroke, and then used for industrial formation, so that the mechanical work tends to be uniform. The pulley also acts as a flywheel. Flywheels are often made of cast iron or cast steel, and the flywheels of small machines are often made of integral type. 6. Lubrication device
Eccentric shaft bearing usually adopts centralized circulating lubrication. The bearing surface of spindle and thrust plate is generally supplied with grease through manual oil gun. The swing angle of the movable jaw is very small, which makes it difficult to lubricate between the spindle and the bearing bush. A number of axial oil grooves are often opened at the bottom of the bearing bush, and a ring oil groove is opened in the middle to make it connected, and then the oil pump is forced to inject dry grease for lubrication.
