1.Check the bearing for rust before installation
If the bearing is rusty, it should be cleaned with diesel or kerosene, and then the radial clearance, inner hole size and accuracy, eccentric shaft assembly journal size, etc. should be checked to see if they meet the requirements.
2.Heat the bearing by hot charging
Due to the large journal interference (up to the maximum that can be accommodated or withstood), it is difficult to install the journal with the general press mounting method. The bearing must be heated to a temperature of about 100 ℃ by using the hot charging method, and the assembly can be carried out after the shaft hole expands to larger than the journal size.
3.Ensure that the bearing is installed accurately and in place
In order to ensure that the bearing is installed accurately and in place, the oil seal, end cover and retaining ring of the bearing are installed in advance at the shaft head of the lifting end, and then the external bearing is installed. So far, the end cover and bearing are installed in place.
4.Check after installation
After the bearing is assembled, wait for it to cool completely, and then check the radial clearance of the bearing with a feeler gauge. If the clearance is too small or there is no clearance, the reason should be found in time. If the clearance cannot be found out, it must be removed and reassembled. If the clearance is suitable, grease can be applied and other parts can be assembled.
