There are a lot of work to be done before the normal operation of the impact crusher. If the pre sequence work is not done well, the impact crusher can not operate normally. There are many problems needing attention in the front sequence work of the impact crusher. Therefore, the operators should not only have professional knowledge, but also have enough patience and care. So, the impact crusher installation, adjustment and commissioning need to do what work, let's take a look.
1. Installation and adjustment
(1) Check whether all parts of the equipment are complete and whether there is any damage. If any damage is found, it should be handled immediately, otherwise the normal operation of the equipment will be affected. Installation can only be carried out after confirming that it is intact.
(2) When the equipment is installed firmly on the solid concrete foundation, the horizontal correction of the equipment must be ensured. The construction drawing should be designed according to the actual situation, and the design should refer to the manual.
(3) The motor is installed on the guide rail to facilitate the adjustment of the belt tightness. During installation, the parallelism between the rotor pulley and the motor pulley must be ensured. If the balance between the two cannot be reached, it is easy to have problems during operation. Therefore, the accuracy of each component installation must be guaranteed.
(4) Adjust the gap between the impact plate and the plate hammer to meet the requirements of crushing the finished product particle size. When adjusting, it is also necessary to rotate the rotor several times according to the mechanical properties of the material. After adjustment, check whether there is jamming, collision and other phenomena. By adjusting the rotor, the discharge requirements of specific materials can be realized. If the discharge is fine and the material is hard, the rotor speed can be increased and the gap between the impact plate and the plate hammer can be smaller. On the contrary, the rotor speed should be reduced and the gap between the impact plate and the plate hammer should be increased.
2. Commissioning
(1) No load test run: after starting the motor, the machine should run smoothly. If there is abnormal sound or vibration, stop the machine immediately. At this time, the temperature of the bearing should not exceed 70 ℃ and the temperature rise should not exceed 30 ℃. If the temperature is not within the normal range, corresponding measures should be taken at one point. The idle running time is 2-4 hours. After the test run, check Whether the connection is loose.
(2) Load operation: the load operation can only be carried out after no-load operation, and it is based on the good no-load operation; at this time, the bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃; it must be ensured that there is no powdery debris at the sealing and connecting parts; the load operation must be continuous for 5-6 hours before it can be confirmed as normal operation, and then it can be put into operation normally use.
