In practice, because of the different changes of temperature rise between bearing inner ring and journal, the cooperative nature of bearing inner ring is constantly changing in different periods. The cooperation between bearing inner ring and journal is interference cooperation at the beginning (about 1 hour), gap cooperation at the beginning (about 2 hours) and transition cooperation at the later stage (about 2 hours).
Therefore, the service cooperation selected by the original design simply causes the bearing to expand due to the heat of the conflict. The inner ring and the journal slip relatively in about 1-2 hours at the beginning of the operation, and the inner ring crawls on the surface of the oil neck cooperation. The cooperative journal is subjected to high variable load stress effect, and the metal surface is desquamated due to fatigue, which eventually leads to the early failure of the bearing of the shredder and the wear and tear of the journal.
