Replacement process of tire shredder reducer
Step 1:before installation, make sure that the motor and reducer are in good condition, and check strictly whether all parts connected with the motor and reducer match in size. The following are the dimensions and matching tolerances of the motor positioning bump, input shaft and reducer slot.
Step 2: screw down the screw on the outer dust hole of the reducer flange, adjust the PCS clamping ring, align the side hole with the dust hole, and screw into the inner hexagon to tighten. Later, remove the motor shaft key.
Step 3: Naturally connect motor and reducer. When connecting, it is necessary to ensure that the output shaft of the reducer is concentric with the input shaft of the motor, and that the flanges of both sides are parallel.
Daily maintenance of tire shredder reducer:
1. Reliability of fastening of fasteners and correct connection of fuel pump;
2. Whether the coupling shield, grounding wire and other protective devices are installed properly;
3. Check the cleanliness of lubricating oil once a month and change it in time when dirty or deteriorated.
4. Lubricating oil should be replaced once after 300 hours of initial operation of reducer.
5. Clean the ventilation cap and oil station filters once a month to remove impurities in the filters.
6. Check the connection bolt between motor and reducer every month.
7. Check whether the connecting bolts between the motor and the reducer are tightened every month.
8. Check the oil level, temperature and pressure every day.
