Measures to improve the life of the tooth plate:

1. Improve the motion characteristics of the crusher

(1) Reduce the suspension height

Reducing the suspension height of the compound pendulum jaw crusher can improve the movement characteristics of the moving jaw, increase the horizontal stroke, and reduce the vertical stroke. This can not only improve the productivity of the crusher, but also reduce the wear of the toothed plate, which is one of the effective ways to improve the working performance of the compound pendulum jaw crusher.

(2) Optimize the design structure parameters;

Using this method to design the jaw crusher can make the structure more reasonable and the parameters more advanced. When developing the PE-250A negative suspension jaw crusher, we optimized the structural parameters and received good results. The old and new crusher tooth plate wear adopts the optimized design of the sample unit. The total wear of the tooth plate is 11.26g, while the old machine is 17.7g. Prototype tooth plate life is 40% longer than the old machine.

(3) Adopting a negative support structure

Change the transmission angle of the compound pendulum breaker so that the transmission angle is greater than 90°. The vertical support crusher has a vertical stroke that is 1.5 times smaller than the positive support crusher, while maintaining the original horizontal stroke, thus improving the sporting characteristics. When the moving jaw is in the crushing stroke, there is a downward motion component in the moving direction, which is beneficial to the downward movement of the crushing material, reduce the blockage, reduce the wear of the tooth plate, and prolong the life of the tooth plate.

 

2.Reasonable design of the broken cavity

(1) cavity shape optimization design;

Generally, the jaw crusher, due to the upper section of the crushing chamber, passes the capability maximum, and the discharge port handles the minimum. Moreover, as the size of the jaw crusher increases, the difference in the upper and lower cross-section of the crushing chamber increases. According to the variation law of the passage ability of each section of the crushing cavity, and the relationship between the angle of the crushing cavity and the passing ability, the height of the crushing chamber is pided into three segments, namely h1, h2 and h3. The relationship between the angles of the segments is a2>a1>a3, and the segment h3 is a curved segment and is a variable angle. In this way, it not only ensures the high processing capacity of the crushing chamber, but also reduces the height of the crushing chamber. In addition, in the stepped crushing chamber, the upper chamber is easy to form a thick material layer, which increases the interlaminar crushing effect, and reduces the wear of the tooth plate, thereby improving the processing capacity by 15-25%. The life of the tooth plate is more than doubled.

(2) Adopting S-T type crushing chamber

This jaw crusher cavity shape has a curved parallel region of the same curvature at the lower portion of the jaw crusher. After the material reaches the parallel zone, its particle size has become smaller, not only by the laminating and pulverizing of the broken slab, but also because the material discharge speed is changed and the discharge path is increased, the probability of the material clogging the discharge opening is reduced, and the tooth plate is reduced. abrasion.

 

3.Using wear-resistant materials

To improve the life of the jaw crusher tooth plate, in addition to improving the performance and structure of the jaw crusher, it is also necessary to develop and use wear-resistant materials. If the high-manganese steel castings are treated by the explosion hardening method, the hardness of the working surface is increased, the life is increased by about 40%, and the low-chromium wear-resistant lining can increase the life expectancy by about one time.
