The ore must be in the middle of the distribution plate, and it is not allowed to directly feed the ore into the crushing cavity. Because it is easy to overload the jaw crusher and make the lining plate wear unevenly.
The correct feeding conditions are:
A. The ore is evenly distributed in the crushing chamber through the distribution plate.
B. The ore supplied cannot be higher than the level of the mortar wall
(2) The ore size of jaw crusher shall not be equal to the size of ore feeding opening (ore feeding block size ≤ 85% ore feeding opening size), or it will lead to:
A. The reduction of the output of jaw crusher.
B. Damage to some other parts of jaw crusher.
(3) The jaw crusher is not allowed to start under load, which will cause accidents.
(4) When stopping, the feeder must be stopped first, and the ore that has entered the crushing chamber must be crushed and discharged, so as to stop the jaw crusher.
(5) When the jaw crusher is working, the pressure of the locking system and the working condition of the hydraulic station shall be checked frequently, and problems found shall be handled in time.
