1. Check jaw crusher regularly
Any stone crushing equipment should pay attention to when opening and closing the machine, and regularly close the jaw crusher to check the internal wear condition of the machine, such as: the wear degree of cone cap, impeller upper and lower flow channel liner plate, circumferential guard plate and wear block, timely replace the parts with serious wear, repair these parts, and pay attention to the weight, model and size of the replaced parts Replace the original component parameters.
2. Regular inspection for drive belt of jaw crusher
The conveyor belt of jaw crusher is indispensable in the stone production line, and the driving of the machine is the credit of the conveyor belt. Regularly adjust the tightness of the conveyor belt to ensure that the force on the conveyor belt is even. When driven by double motors, the triangular belts on both sides shall be selected in groups, so that the length of each group is as consistent as possible. If you find that the drive belt is too worn, please replace it immediately.
3. Lubrication of mechanical parts
The jaw crusher adopts Mobil automotive grease super grade or 3 × lithium base grease. Add proper amount of grease every 400 hours of operation. Open the main shaft assembly and clean the bearings after 2000 hours of operation. Generally, replace the bearings after 7200 hours of operation. In addition, in order to ensure the normal operation of jaw crusher, in addition to the correct operation of jaw crusher, planned maintenance must be carried out, including daily maintenance inspection, minor repair, medium repair and overhaul.
(1) Minor repair: the main contents include checking and repairing the adjustment device of jaw crusher, high-speed discharge gap, turning or replacing the worn lining plate. Overhaul the transmission part, lubricating system and change the lubricating oil. The period of minor repair is about 1-3 months.
(2) Medium repair: in addition to all the work of minor repair, it also includes replacement of thrust plate, lining plate, inspection and repair of bearing bush, etc. The period of medium maintenance is generally about 1-2 years.
(3) Overhaul: in addition to all the work of the intermediate repair, it also includes replacing or turning the eccentric shaft and movable jaw spindle, casting the Babbitt alloy on the upper part of the connecting rod head, replacing or repairing the wearing parts. The overhaul period of jaw crusher is generally about 5 years.
