Jaw crusher is a necessary large-scale crushing equipment for sandstone, cement, metallurgy, industrial and mining manufacturers. Before jaw crusher is put into use, the installation and commissioning of jaw crusher is one of its essential steps. The following article introduces some necessary installation and commissioning knowledge for jaw crusher users.
1. The jaw crusher is supplied after being installed by the manufacturer. After receiving the machine, the user shall check and eliminate all kinds of problems in the transportation, and then install it.
2. During installation, the longitudinal horizontal tolerance of the bottom plane of jaw crusher frame is 0.5m m/m, and the horizontal tolerance (measured on the main shaft) is 0.15mm/m.
3. The upper parts of the frame shall be assembled after the frame is leveled and aligned and the foundation bolts are tightened.
4. The machine must be checked thoroughly before starting. The tightness of fixed parts, lubrication of various parts and proper tension of V-belt should be the focus of inspection.
5. The main circuit switch shall be cut off during inspection, and an obvious sign shall be hung on the switch. Mark "no closing" and other words.
6. The crusher must be started without load, and the no-load test run shall not be less than 2 hours. During the test run, pay attention to observe the working condition of the crusher. If any abnormal phenomenon is found, stop the crusher immediately and find out the cause. The crusher can be restarted after elimination.
7. The ore shall be evenly fed into the crushing chamber of the crusher by the feeder, and a small amount of ore shall be fed at the beginning of load test run, and the ore shall be gradually transferred to half load and full load. If the ore block fed to the crusher is too large or too much ore, or often falls into the non broken material (metal block), the wear and damage of the machine will be accelerated. Therefore, it is of great significance to control the large ore and non broken material falling into the crusher and keep the ore feeding uniform.
8. When the crusher is working, the stable maintenance temperature of the bearing shall not exceed 75 ℃. If the temperature exceeds 75 ℃, stop the crusher immediately to remove the fault.
9. When the jaw crusher stops, the feeder shall be cut off first. After the ore in the crushing chamber is completely crushed, cut off the power supply of the main motor and shut down.
10. Centralized oil supply system (some models) is adopted for lubrication. It is composed of a manual dry oil station, two oil feeders and lubrication pipelines. Calcium base grease (gb491-65) is recommended for lubricating oil. If sodium based grease (gb492-77) is used, pay attention to moisture-proof. Users can also choose alternative oil according to their specific conditions. Pay attention to the amount of oil on the support surface of the bracket during oil supply. The user can also use the oil gun to directly supply oil to the bearing oil hole. Don't waste too much. The user can adjust the oil feeder of the lubrication system by himself to achieve the purpose of reasonable oil supply.
11. The ore discharge opening of jaw crusher can be adjusted according to the specification. The user can change the number of gaskets in the rear support at any time according to the required particle size and the wear condition of the toothed plate in the work, so as to adjust the ore discharge opening and obtain the satisfactory particle size.
12. The jaw crusher is optimized and improved. In order to make the adjustment of ore discharge port convenient, simple, safe and reliable, the hydraulic adjustment device is composed of a jack and a manual oil pump. When adjusting the ore drain port, it is necessary to open the sealing cover on the rear bearing, connect the joints of the manual oil pump and the lifting machine, and start the oil pump to insert or take out the adjusting shim so as to adjust the discharge port to the required opening. When adjusting the gasket, only by using two equal steel rods to be placed parallel to the opening of the adjustment piece, the two can be carried out. Another method is to use screw to rotate and adjust directly.
