This kind of crushing effect is also called "rebound crushing".
3. Shearing and breaking
Shearing crushing is the material larger than the size of the discharge opening that has not been broken by free crushing and rebound crushing, and it is sheared and broken by a high-speed rotating hammer at the discharge opening.
Among the three crushing methods, the free crushing and rebound crushing of the material in the crushing cavity indicate that the hammer head impacts the material in the working principle of the impact crusher and the material that has obtained huge kinetic energy is further impacted by the impact plate and the material. Shearing crushing is not a specific form of selective crushing of materials by an impact crusher, but a product of specific structural forms.
